I’ve shopped here before and used to have a much better experience, but this time was really disappointing. I emailed about an issue with my order and the replies took ages, then when they did come through, they didn’t really answer my questions.
I ended up calling, hoping it would be easier, but the person I spoke to sounded irritated and just kept passing me to someone else. It still hasn’t been properly sorted and there’s been no real apology either. Not sure I’ll be buying from them again.

I picked up a few kitchen bits from here and, yeah, they’re nice overall. The quality seems decent enough, but some of the prices made me pause a bit… like, for what it is, I’m not totally sure it’s worth it full price. If there’s a sale though, then yeah, probably a good time to grab something.

I was kind of in a rush when I realized the pan I ordered wasn’t going to fit in my cupboard, so I was dreading having to deal with the return. But it was way easier than I expected. I sent them a quick email, shipped it back, and the refund came through fast. The staff were friendly too, and there wasn’t any annoying back-and-forth. I’d definitely shop there again.

My delivery has taken way longer than expected, and I haven’t really gotten any updates along the way. It’s been sorta frustrating just not knowing what’s going on.

I picked up a few kitchen bits from Wheel&Barrow last week, mostly plates and a bowl because I’m slowly trying to replace the random mismatched stuff in my cupboard. The plates feel really sturdy and they actually look nice on the table, even next to my slightly wonky old cutlery. One of the bowls had a tiny little mark on it, but it was so minor I couldn’t be bothered packing it back up and dealing with a return. Overall I’m happy with the quality and I’d probably buy from them again if I need more kitchen stuff
